BONUSES POLICY<\/h1>\n

ATRIAFINANCIAL LTD <\/span><\/strong>(hereafter the \u201cCompany\u201d) is a firm, incorporated and registered under the laws, rules and regulations of the Republic of Vanuatu with a registration number 17910. <\/span><\/p>\n

This policy is created to reflect, inter alia, the Company\u2019s <\/span>intention to <\/span>grant a benefit to Clients by depositing bonus amounts <\/span>(hereinafter \u2018<\/span>Specific Funds<\/span><\/a>\u201d) <\/span>in the Client’s trading accounts<\/span> and in accordance with the Client Agreement\u2019s Terms and Conditions<\/span>.<\/span> These bonuses are <\/span>limited time offers<\/span> and the terms and conditions associated with any bonus reward are subject to change. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a<\/span> Client<\/span> who wishes to take part in our bonus promotion<\/span> programs and receive the Specific Funds<\/span>, you<\/span> acknowledge <\/span>and agree to the <\/span>Client Agreement<\/span><\/a> of <\/span>ATRIAFINANCIAL LTD <\/span> and all the Terms and conditions of <\/span>th<\/span>is Bonuses Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Upon the deposit of the Specific Funds into the Clients trading account, this shall be deemed as an automatic agreement and acceptance on behalf of the Client, to all the terms and conditions that the Company has in force in regards to the specific Bonuses promotions in force at that time. <\/span><\/p>\n

If you do not wish to receive the bonus or cancel it, you may notify the Customer Support Department of your wish via email to the following email address: <\/span>support@evest.com<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

1.<\/span>Client\u2019s Eligibility Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

To qualify for any of the Company\u2019s Bonus Promotions<\/span> in effect <\/span>you must:<\/span><\/p>\n

a. be a <\/span>c<\/span>lient of <\/span>ATRIAFINANCIAL LTD<\/span>;<\/span><\/p>\n

b. the account should be approved by the Compliance Department<\/span>, meaning that the Client<\/span> ha<\/span>s<\/span> completed the account opening process or the corporate trading account application and the Company is satisfied with the clients\u2019 identification and due diligence checks performed<\/span>;<\/span><\/p>\n

c. <\/span>have made a minimum deposit in accordance with the Bonus promotion on offer;<\/span><\/p>\n

Upon fulfilment of all the<\/span> above-mentioned <\/span>conditions in point <\/span>1<\/span> the <\/span>Specific Funds <\/span>will be automatically <\/span>credited in <\/span>to your trading account within one (1) business day, depending on the availability of the Specific Funds at that moment.<\/span><\/p>\n

.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/span> Restrictive measures on the <\/span>Bonus<\/span>es Promotion<\/span>: <\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

T<\/span>here are certain <\/span>restrictive <\/span>conditions that <\/span>are applicable in regards to the Bonus Promotions<\/span>, which <\/span>are outlined<\/span> below<\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n

a.<\/span>bonuses are non-withdrawable<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

you will receive the Specific Funds in your Client trading account <\/span>however, <\/span>you cannot withdraw the bonus without trading with it at first,<\/span> withdrawal of any amounts will be permitted only from the profits achieved <\/span>from trading<\/span> with the Bonuses<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Specific Funds are not to be deemed as profits but as additional trading credits. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
\n
b.<\/span>bonuses have an expiration date<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

meaning that the Clients <\/span>have 30 (thirty) days <\/span>from the date they receive the bonus to take advantage of it. After the period of 30 days, bonuses will be removed from Client\u2019s trading account. <\/span><\/p>\n

c.<\/span>only closed trades will be considered <\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

meaning that only profits from the closed trades may belong to you during the bonus promotional period.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n
\n
d.<\/span>bonuses can only be applied to the trading account for which the Bonus <\/span>Promotion<\/span> has been approved.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

W<\/span>ithdraw<\/span>al of<\/span> Specific Funds <\/span>from the trading account or internal transfer between trading accounts of the same Client <\/span>is<\/span> forbi<\/span>dd<\/span>en. <\/span><\/p>\n

e.<\/span>Withdrawal of funds during the promotional period will <\/em><\/span>be<\/em><\/span> allowed, however the company will decrease the amount of the Specific Funds in <\/em><\/span>proportion to the size of the balance at time of withdrawal.<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n

.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n
f.<\/span>Bonuses<\/em><\/span> are not applicable for Clients, residing in Restricted Jurisdictions<\/em><\/span>.<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n

.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n
g.<\/span>bonuses <\/em><\/span>will be<\/em><\/span> revoked from the Clients, with abusive trading behaviour (subject to the Company\u2019s<\/em><\/span> Terms and Condition<\/em><\/span><\/a>s, or abusive behaviour against the offer<\/em><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Below are some examples of the abusive behaviour, which the Company deems as abusive behaviour<\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>abusive trading activity, which might include market <\/span>manipulation<\/span> or <\/span>cash-back arbitrage<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Breaches to fair trading terms of the Company<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A<\/span>ny <\/span>breaches to either the Client Agreement or any of the <\/span>term of the bonus <\/span>promotion <\/span>or <\/span>should <\/span>there<\/span> be <\/span>any reasonable suspicion that a Client has acted <\/span>dishonestly, <\/span>fraudulently or has obtained an unfair or unintended advantage, <\/span>the Company<\/span> reserves the right to cancel any attempted withdrawal of profits, temporarily or permanently close or suspend the account(s) that have been deemed abusive, cancel any orders and all profits. <\/span><\/p>\n

h.<\/span>If realized profits and losses reach 50% mark of the total deposit <\/em><\/span>of the Specific Funds that <\/em><\/span>have been allocated to due to trading losses and\/or fees and\/or commissions paid, the <\/em><\/span>Specific Funds<\/em><\/span> will be adjusted or removed from the <\/em><\/span>clients trading <\/em><\/span>account. <\/em><\/span><\/div>\n

3.<\/span>Additional Bonus Conditions<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

a.<\/span>When Bonus is active, balance may become negative due to trading loss or fees incurred. You can continue trading with the negative balance as long as it does not exceed the Bonus amount and the Trading <\/span>account<\/span> Equity remains positive;<\/span><\/div>\n

If negative balance exceeds Bonus due to trading losses and\/or fees and commissions paid, the Bonus is considered to be spent. It will be removed from the account, and the account’s Balance will be cleared to 0;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n
b.<\/span> The bonus will be removed from Trading account on its expiry date. In case Balance of client’s Trading account is negative when the Bonus is removed, the balance will also be cleared to 0;<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
c.<\/span>Removal of Bonus from Trading account will decrease account’s Equity and may lead to insufficient margin and liquidation in case there are open positions. <\/span>All clients are <\/span>responsible for maintaining sufficient <\/span>M<\/span>argin levels<\/span> as stated in the Client Agreement<\/span> to avoid liquidation<\/span> of <\/span>position<\/span>.<\/span><\/div>\n

4.<\/span>Initial deposit Bonus or Welcome Bonus<\/span> terms and conditions<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

As soon as you<\/span> have been approved by Compliance and <\/span>have opened a<\/span> trading <\/span>account with <\/span>the Company<\/span>, you<\/span> shall receive a first-time deposit bonus once you have <\/span>deposited the minimum amount<\/span> as stated below. For the avoidance of any misunderstanding the <\/span>first-time deposit bonus<\/span> is a Specific Fund. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Table Below categories all the Bonuses that are <\/span>applicable to <\/span>the first time <\/span>deposit <\/span>made by the Client. Awarded bonus shall not exceed $50.000,00, meaning that the maximum amount of the deposit that would generate the Client 100% bonus will be $50.000,00.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you make any additional deposits while you are participating in <\/span>the Initial <\/span>bonus offer, <\/span>all additional<\/span> deposits <\/span>after the Initial Deposit <\/span>will not count towards the <\/span>c<\/span>riteria for <\/span>bonuses already <\/span>received<\/span> and\/or deposited into the Client trading account.<\/span><\/p>\n
