1. Campaign Period
\nThe Campaign is organized by Atriafinancial Ltd (hereafter \u201cthe Company\u201d or \u201cwe\u201d) which provides
\nservices of online trading platforms through the website www.evest.com for self-trading of Over the
\nCounter (\u201cOTC\u201d) Contracts for Difference, in foreign exchange, commodities, and indices and subject to
\nthe following terms and conditions.
\nThe Black Friday & Cyber Monday Campaign will run from Monday, 17 November 2025, until the end
\nof business day at 18:00 (CET) on Monday, 1 December 2025, both dates inclusive (hereinafter
\nreferred to as the \u201cCampaign Period\u201d).
\n2. Eligibility
\nThe Campaign is only open to all registered clients of the Company who fulfil the following criteria
\n(hereinafter referred to as \u201cEligible Clients\u201d):
\n(i) who will be registered on the Company\u2019s Platforms before the Campaign period;
\n(ii) Eligible Clients who are 18 years old and above (as at the commencement of Campaign Period);
\n(iii) Eligible Clients who have deposited on the trading account a minimum of 5000 (Five thousand only)
\nUS Dollars, from 17 November 2025 until 1 December 2025. These deposits maybe in a single deposit or
\nover a numerous.
\n(v) Eligible Clients must abide by the Company\u2019s fair trading regulations and Term and Conditions of the
\nClient Agreement.
\n(vi) Eligible Clients will be deemed Clients whose account has been approved by the Compliance
\nDepartment, meaning that the Client has completed the account opening process or the corporate trading
\naccount application and the Company is satisfied with the clients\u2019 identification and due diligence checks
\nperformed;
\n3. The Campaign
\na) During the end of each week during the Campaign period, the Company shall offer a 20% Reversal on
\nthe Sharia Charges.
\nb) The Days that the 20% Reversal on Sharia Charges will occur are the following:

\n\u25cf 01\/12\/2025,
\n\u25cf
\n08\/12\/2025
\nFor Example: An Eligible Client that was Charged Sharia Fees (Swaps) $1,000 from Monday to Sunday,
\nat the End of the that week (Sunday) the Eligible Client shall receive $200 back into theirs account (20%).
\n4. Acceptance of Terms
\nBy participating in the Campaign, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the
\nCampaign Terms and Conditions, including the eligibility criteria and the terms for receiving the Sharia
\nCharges Reversal. Upon receiving any Sharia Charges Reversal, the Client automatically agrees to these
\nTerms and Conditions of the Campaign.
\n5. Other Conditions
\n1.
\nBy participating in the Campaign, the Participants are deemed to have read,
\nunderstood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Client Agreement
\nand the terms and conditions stated herein.
\n2. Any enquiries and complaints directly and solely in relation to the Black Friday
\n& Cyber Monday campaign 2025 must be referred to the customer support center.
\n3. Any and all decision made by the Company in relation to every aspect of the
\nCampaign, shall be final and conclusive. Any subsequent correspondences, protest,
\nappeals or enquiries will not be entertained.
\n4. The Company shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss or damages
\nthat the Eligible Client may suffer or claimed to have suffered arising in connection with the
\nCampaign.
\n5. The Eligible Clients are strongly advised to seek independent and professional
\nadvice before engaging in any trading activities.
\n6. Furthermore, the Company shall not be liable for any default in respect of the
\nCampaign due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood,
\ndrought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
\n7. The Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign
\nwithout notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of the
\nCampaign shall not entitle any of the Eligible Clients to any claim or compensation against
\nthe Company for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Clients as a direct or
\nindirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
\n8. The Company reserves the right to either suspend, freeze or terminate any Eligible
\nClients Trading account and Participation if it discovers any breaches to it fair trading
\nregulations and terms and Conditions of the Client Agreement.
\n9. The Company reserves the rights upon giving adequate notice to alter (whether by
\naddition, deletion, modification, amendment or otherwise howsoever) (\u201cAmendment\u201d)
\nany of the Terms and Conditions herein.
