REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION
1.ATRIAFINANCIAL LTD trading as EVEST.com is a registered in Vanuatu with Company Number 17910 (hereinafter the “Company”) and is regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC).
2.The Terms and Conditions of the “REFERRAL PROGRAM” are an integral part of ATRIAFINANCIAL LTD Client Agreement and Policies and provisions set herein are considered as an annex of the Client Agreement and Policies.
3. Taking part in the “REFERRAL PROGRAM” constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and of the ATRIAFINANCIAL LTD Client Agreement and Policies set forth on EVEST.com Website.
4.ATRIAFINANCIAL LTD reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the “REFERRAL PROGRAM”, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. Prior notice of such changes will be given to clients and ATRIAFINANCIAL LTD will post any such changes on its website.
5.The “REFERRAL PROGRAM” Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Vanuatu. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Offer Terms will be resolved by ATRIAFINANCIAL LTD in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned. That decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. ATRIAFINANCIAL LTD reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue the offering of this “REFERRAL PROGRAM” to any of its clients, without having to explain the reasons. Such clients will be informed via an email.
7.If any of “REFERRAL PROGRAM” Terms were to be translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.Any NEW client (the Referee) referred by the Referrer (existing client) to ATRIAFINANCIAL LTD under the Refer a REFERRAL PROGRAM, must be a genuine new client that opens a new live account (meaning, not a “demo” account) via the relevant link provided by the Company to the Referrer during the promotion period) and satisfy the other criteria contained in these Terms.
2.For the purpose of REFERRAL PROGRAM, a new client will be regarded as an applicant or a close affiliate of an applicant who has never registered to apply for a live account with Evest.com and is accepted by the Company. The Company will in its sole discretion determine whether an applicant is a genuine new client by assessing whether the applicant is associated or affiliated with any other existing account holder with the Company, including those with previously closed accounts.
3.To participate in the REFERRAL PROGRAM, the referee must register via referrer’s unique link provided on the Company’s Client Portal.
4.Clients should ensure that they operate their trading account in a manner consistent with their trading comfort level.
5.New Accounts are subject to approval as per the Company’s account opening procedure.
6.Referrer will be eligible subject to our discretion to receive bonus if the Referrer meet the criteria set forth herein:

7.The Company reserves the right to decline any application or indication to participate in any promotion at its sole discretion, without the need to provide any justification or explain the reasons for such a decline.
8.The Company reserves the right to exclude and/or cancel a client’s participation in its REFERRAL PROGRAM if the client is found to be in violation of its Client Agreement or has breached the promotions terms and conditions. In case such misconduct or the breach, the Company shall have the right to deduct any bonus amounts from the trading account.
9.The Company may at any time, at its sole discretion, cease or discontinue any of its promotions.
10.The Company will not be liable for any loss, costs, expense, or damage which may be suffered in connection with this offer and which by law may not be excluded by these Terms.
